If you are looking to send a respondent to a given location in the survey based on multiple conditions (i.e. their answers to a number of questions), then you need to use advanced skipping. Advanced skipping also allows you to implement skipping/branching on more question types than basic skipping allows for (i.e. more than just multiple choice and dropdown questions).
