Archive and keep track of your old surveys!

Many FluidSurveys users have multiple surveys in their account. When the list of surveys gets to three or four pages, it can be cumbersome to wade through all the ones you don’t need anymore. You could delete them, of course- but if you want to continue to have access to the response data, that isn’t an option. For this reason, we’ve introduced Survey Archiving!

Archiving your old surveys couldn’t be easier. While at your survey list, with the survey you’d like to archive selected, simply click the archive button at the bottom:

Once you’ve done this, it will apply the ‘archived’ label to your survey. Surveys with this label won’t show up in your survey list by default- but you can view your archived surveys by filtering for that label using the labels dropdown:

If at any point you’d like that survey to appear with your other surveys, you can simply click the ‘restore’ button, and voilà:

Your survey is back in the main list!
