Set Quotas for Your Online Surveys – Set Start/End Dates – Determine the Number of Responses/Completes

When you are publishing your FluidSurveys survey, you also have the ability to specify quota parameters. What do we mean by this? Well, to start off, you can set a start and end date for your survey so that your online survey can start/stop on the appropriate dates automatically. As you can imagine, that feature can be very useful 🙂

We don’t stop there though. You can also specify how many completes or responses you would like to get for a particular survey. This way, if you are just looking for 200 responses before you’d like to close your survey, simply specifying that number should do the trick. This is particularly useful if you are using our popup invite feature. The popup will stop showing up once you have reached the appropriate number of responses.
