Checkbox Grid

Checkbox Grids allow respondents to select single or multiple choices for a list of variables.

For example, you could ask a question like: Please select all of the modes of transportation you’ve used each month this year.

You could then list the modes of transportation as the column headers and the months of the year as the rows.
