Create Crosstabs (Cross-Tabulations) of Your Online Survey Data

Learn how to make crosstabs / cross-tabulations from your online survey data. Once you have the appropriate cross-tabs, you can export these to excel or simply print them out. Cross-tabs allow you to view how a cross section of respondents responded to a series of questions. For example, if you wanted to see how all males responded to the question about how they felt about MTV, you could create a crosstab between these two questions. Using the crosstab, you can also see how many percentage of the people who were very satisfied with MTV were male and how many percent were female. This sort of analysis can be very useful. It is true that you can accomplish some of this type of analysis using filters. The filters + crosstabs combo can be even more powerful.
