Custom Short URLs for Your Surveys

When you create a survey, we assign a link to that survey that your respondents will use to access the survey and provide their responses. Sometimes, you will want to send out invites to take the survey in a physical mailing (i.e. with envelopes and real paper). When you do this, you want the survey link to be simple enough to remember and type into the browser. For this reason we built a feature called “pretty URL” that lets you do exactly this. You will be able to specify a custom short URL for your survey that your users will be able to type in easily.
