Custom Short Web Links

Custom short web links are a shorter version of your survey deployment link. By default, your deployment link will include your username and survey title, however, you can customize it to remove both.

For example, if your link is app.fluidsurveys.com/surveys/user1/survey1, you could customize it to be app.fluidsurveys.com/s/survey1.

Your short link will always include app.fluidsurveys.com/s/, but whatever comes after is up to you.

When would I use this?
Sometimes you may not have enough room for a full sized link (perhaps you’re inserting it into a newsletter or tweeting it). Or maybe you don’t want respondents to see your username. In these cases, a custom short web link is perfect!
