Customize “From/Reply-To” Email Address and “From” Name

By default, email messages that are sent from FluidSurveys appear as coming from the individual registered to the account. However, you can spoof email addresses and customize the sender information.

For example, even if you’re account is registered to John (john@email.com), you can make an email appear as coming from Mike (mike@email.com) or Susan (susan@email.com). The sender information can be customized for each batch of emails that is sent out.

This feature is perfect for accounts that are used by multiple individuals, as each person could send out their own custom invites.
