All account levels from free to Enterprise have access to email support. Simply fill out a support request form, and we’ll get back to you within 24hrs. Annual Ultra and Enterprise members may contact their VIP email support address or their account manager.
Full support is offered between the hours of 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST Monday-Friday.
