FluidSurveys Integrates with Dropbox!

Our developers are hard at work building new integrations with some of the web’s favorite products. Dropbox is a great web based tool that allows you to store files/documents online and we thought it would be great to build an option to allow you to integrate our online survey software with your favorite online storage tool.

When you connect Dropbox and FluidSurveys, any responses to your survey will automatically be stored in your dropbox account in PDF format. Let’s say that you’ve built an online registration form for an event using FluidSurveys. Every time a new person registers for the event by filling out the online form, a PDF of the response will be left in your dropbox folder. If you’ve synced dropbox with your desktop, these registration forms will automatically end up on your desktop! Simple & yet elegant

The other nice thing about the FluidSurveys/Dropbox integration is that any files that are uploaded in a form (i.e. using our File Upload Question Type) will also automatically be put into your dropbox folder. Sometimes you may want to accept job applications using FluidSurveys. Not only can you have potential job applicants fill out a FluidSurveys form, but you can also have them upload their resume along with their responses to the job application form. With the dropbox integration, both pieces of data will be stored nicely and neatly on your desktop.
