As some of you noticed, we had some unexpected service interruption this morning between the hours of 9 and 10am EST. Let us start off by sincerely apologizing to all users for the inconvenience that this undoubtedly caused you. Our goal here at FluidSurveys is to ensure a seamless user experience for both survey takers and creators and an incidence like this is unacceptable to us.
We have since determined the cause of the problem. The issue was related to the export of responses and the queuing scheme to handle many export requests simultaneously. During this period, both survey creation and survey taking were affected. The servers have since then been restored. Our engineers are currently working very hard to solve this problem to ensure that it does not repeat itself in the future. We will update this post as soon as the issue is fully resolved.
