Have a Suggestion or Feature Request for FluidSurveys? We Want to Hear It!

We continue to be humbled by the number of wonderful customers who are attracted to our product and company. We attribute this, in part, to the fact that our online survey software boasts some of the best features available in the market today.

Some of our customers are even gracious enough to share their ideas and suggestions with us to help make FluidSurveys even better. And to grease the wheels of that process, today we’re proudly announcing the new customer feedback portal for FluidSurveys!

Think of it as a digital suggestion box… with really cool voting capabilities.

After you log into your FluidSurveys account, click on your account name in the navigation bar, and look for “Have a suggestion?”

After you click on this link, you will be redirected to our “UserVoice” portal, where you can …

Contribute a new idea to the suggestion pool, or,
Vote on an existing idea!

We’re currently experimenting with the number of votes a customer is given, how to get more votes, etc. As of the writing of this blog post, every customer currently has 20 votes to spend.

“Now Don’t You Go Spending All Your Votes at Once, You Hear?”

That’s right; don’t feel that you must spend them all in one sitting! Save some of those votes, because who knows? You might come up with a fantastic idea in the not-too-distant future!

The votes will be used to help us consider which features our customers really want to see in FluidSurveys. So thank you for contributing and for helping us to create the best survey software available today, and in the future!
