Multiple Choice Questions

Multiple choice questions are also known as radio button questions. This question type allows respondents to choose one and only one of the choices listed. This question type is ideal for questions that ask questions such as “Please choose the answer that best describes…”. For multiple choice, multiple answer questions see the “Checkbox” question type.

In order to use a Multiple Choice question, simply drag it from the list of questions (on the left side of your survey editor screen) and drop it onto the right side of your survey editor (where you see a live preview of the questions).
Once the question has been added, you can view the question options on the left side.
