TiE Institute 2012-2013 Application Survey

Welcome!

Thank you for choosing to apply for participation in TiE Institute 2012-13 program starting September 20, 2012.

We encourage you to proceed further to apply for the in-person program only if you are serious about entrepreneurship , have the enthusiasm, determination and commitment to launching or growing your business venture and would like attend sessions regularly.

While all are welcome, we specially encourage Youth (below 29y), Women, New Canadians to apply.

Acceptance for in person TiE Institute Program is competitive, and based on your factual responses. Only those accepted  will be communicated to you by email.
 
There will be no charge from Youth (below 29y), Women, New Canadians (less than 2 years) and TiE members for all sessions of in-person program.

For an introductory period only, there will be no charge from all others for first three in-person sessions starting September 20th. 
 
All webcast registrations will be at no charge.


This application survey consists of following Questions: 

1) Briefly tell us about you and your experiences .
2) What do you hope to achieve by joining the TiE Institute at the end of the program?
3) Describe your business and/or venture idea?
4) Some demographic information.

Media Release Disclaimer and Consent from all participants, including Faculty

 ·Please be aware that all TiE Institute sessions will be recorded, broadcast live and/or distributed via marketing, promotion and advertising campaigns. This includes the use of all photo-video obtained during each session.

·Recorded materials will also be uploaded on to the internet for use on our newsletters, websites, social media channels and 3rd party promoters.

·By registering for these sessions, you are accepting the terms mentioned above and clearly understand the implication of the same.

·Registering for the session’s means you are giving TiE Institute and TiE Toronto freedom to use your name, image and role in the Institute in whichever way we deem fit within the legal constraints of the law.
