Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey on the Economic Impact of The Canadian Film Centre (“CFC”). Over the past 25 years, CFC alums, like you, have been instrumental in furthering the screen-based industries in Canada.

Your participation in this survey will help the CFC’s long-term strategic planning, improve alumni relationships and help determine the economic impact of the CFC.

Just a reminder that those who complete the survey (approximately 25 minutes) by July 5th will be automatically entered to win one of the following prizes:

• A one-year membership to CFC Insiders, Film Critic Level: includes 36 Cineplex movie passes and up to 10 sneak preview screenings [two winners];
• Two guest passes to the CFC annual BBQ and VIP Pre-Reception [one winner].
