2012 Luzerne County Workforce Diversity Benchmarking Study
The Arc of Luzerne County is conducting a study to assess diversity related employment practices in Luzerne County. This survey is exclusively for businesses (for and nonprofit) with offices or facilities located within the County. It is required that the principal of the organization, managing executive or human resources leader complete this survey. Only submissions meeting these conditions will be included in the study.
The only statistical data needed to complete this survey is the total number of full-time employees (FTE) working in Luzerne County.
The results of this survey will be analyzed and compiled into a white paper published by The Arc of Luzerne County and will be available for public access. The white paper will be emailed to all survey participants and available on The Arc of Luzerne County website in September 2012.
All information submitted by individual organizations will remain confidential and presented only in aggregate form. The survey will take approximately 10 minutes to complete. The survey will be available through July 31, 2012.
