Employee Satisfaction Surveys are clearly one of the most popular types of surveys in the industry. The importance is significant enough that we have added another survey template to our collection that you can find below. This survey template will give you an idea of some of the most common questions that are asked in an employee satisfaction survey. Some of them may or may not be relevant to your organization. The idea is that using FluidSurveys, you can start with this template and modify it as you go. What you’ll see a lot of in this survey is the traditional likert question (which we tend to call the multiple choice matrix question):
