Send out Reminder Emails

With the invite tool, you can send emails to contacts inviting them to take your survey. Once these are sent, you can keep track of your completion rate, as well as exactly who has and hasn’t submitted a response.

At anytime, you can follow-up with potential respondents by sending reminder emails. You’ll be able to customize exactly who receives each email (you can send it to everyone in the original contact list, only to those who have not completed the survey, or only to those who have not viewed the survey), and this way, you can maximize your response rates. After all, everyone needs a friendly reminder now and then!
