Side-by-Side-Matrix and Multi-Dimensional Matrix for Gap Analysis

Sometimes you need to do a gap analysis on a series of variables. The most typical case is when you want to measure the importance of something and also the satisfaction of your audience with respect to that variable. So, let’s say that you wanted to ask all your colleagues at work how important a “copy machine” is and how satisfied they are with the current copy machine. If the importance is high and the satisfaction is low, then you know that you need to do something. On the other hand, if the satisfaction is low and the importance is low, then it won’t matter as much. This type of analysis is actually pretty useful. The good news, of course, is that FluidSurveys does offer Side-by-Side Matrix questions (also known as 3d matrix or multi-dimensional matrix questions). To see how it works, check out the videos below. 3D Matrix Question: Side-by-side Matrix – Gap Analysis: Side-by-side Matrix – Advanced: More information on 3D Matrix here.
