Please complete this survey no later than 6:00 AM PST, February 16th. We need data on all California LIHTC projects that could possibly benefit from these measures in 2010. This includes the refinancing and rehabilitation of older existing affordable developments in need of rehabilitation so please include properties in your existing portfolio that would fit this definition as well. We have provided room for up to 25 properties. Please fill in as many as you think might qualify as the more we have, the better our chances will be in Congress. If you are having difficulty finding data on costs or equity amounts, please give us your best estimate.
