Survey of Distress Centres in Canada
Survey for Distress Lines: Developed by CASP, the Mental Health Commission of Canada and the Quebec Association for Suicide Prevention, June 1, 2012.
There are currently many different types of Distress Lines in Canada, covering a wide variety of geographic territory and often having very different mandates and service delivery models. This survey will provide a landscape of the current state of Distress Lines in Canada. Any information that you provide in this survey is aggregated and will be completely confidential. We appreciate you taking the time to fully complete this survey that will take approximately 15 minutes. A summary document and final report will be provided to all centres that participate in this survey. Thank you.
