Vegetable CSA Share

With a membership in our vegetable CSA, you'll enjoy 20 weeks of fresh seasonal vegetables picked up right on the farm. Shares are $500 with a $50 deposit. Thanks to our partnership with Hoosac Harvest, we also have options for those for whom the share cost is inhibitive. Our vegetable CSA is full for 2011, but please let us know if you'd like to be on our waiting list for next year.

Pasture Raised Chicken Share

We are sold out of chicken shares for 2011, but you can order a la carte from the remaining batches of chickens. See the box to the right.

Chickens a la carte

For those of you who want to select a different number of chickens or choose from among our pick-up days. Please list the number of chickens you'd like on each day. A $2/bird deposit purchases your chickens, and the remaining $4/lb (less the deposit) is due upon pick-up.

Pasture Raised Pork Share

Pork shares include all the standard cuts of fresh and smoked pork. A half share is about 60-70lbs (4 or 5 grocery bags full), and a full share is about twice that. A $50 deposit purchases a half share, and the remaining $6.50/lb (less the deposit) is due upon pick-up. A $100 deposit purchases a full share, and the remaining $6.10/lb is due upon pick-up.

We are SOLD OUT of pork for 2011! We'll take orders for 2012 in early spring.

Thanksgiving Turkeys

Pasture raised turkeys are available for pick-up on the farm the weekend before Thanksgiving. A $20 deposit purchases your turkey, and the $3.75/lb balance (less the deposit) is due upon pick-up.
