2 Important New Security Features for White Label and Enterprise Users
As FluidSurveys continues to improve, one of our top priorities is to back up our reputation as one of the safest and most reliable online tools for organizations to conduct survey research with. Every day, thousands of our users collect sensitive and private information from their employees, customers and the general public and we want to ensure that data remains safely in their hands. With the release of FluidSurveys 5.1, our software was given two powerful new administrative features called Two-Factor Authentication and Downloading Survey Backups. Let’s take a look at how both of these features work to protect your account’s access and information!
1) Two-Factor Authentication
Two-Factor Authentication is implemented on a per-user basis. After it is set up on your account, this feature will add an extra level of security to your regular FluidSurveys login and password. Basically, this feature will force users to enter a time-limited verification code on their phone in order to access your account after your normal sign in.
Two-Factor Authentication is your way to bring your account to the next level of security. If you are collecting sensitive information or are upholding the reputation of a business or organization, this feature is your ticket to keeping your data safe. Downloading Survey Backups
This new security feature was introduced to protect your survey templates. In a nutshell, this feature allows the user to download encrypted versions of their surveys onto a computer as a backup or to be transferred to another account. Being encrypted, your downloaded questionnaire is impossible to view or alter without uploading it back to FluidSurveys. Because of this, you are able to safely store your survey templates on your computer without any fears that your survey templates privacy will be compromised. Check out the following video to watch this feature in action:
