Crosstabs Report


The Cross Tabulation (or Crosstabs) Report allows administrators to view the interrelation between two or more variables in order to uncover trends.

Crosstabs formulate the results of one survey question or survey element (e.g. survey completion time) against one or more variables to see if there is an underlying relationship. For example, an administrator at an e-Commerce business may analyze if the customer was 1. happy or unhappy with their last purchase experience, and 2. whether or not they would recommend a company to a friend. This may show that the last purchase experience is related to whether or not the customer would recommend the company to someone she knows.
