FluidSurveys’ Surveys are WCAG 2.0 Level AAA Compliant!
At FluidSurveys, our development team is always working on adding features and enhancements that will improve the survey experience for creators and respondents. Today, we’re excited to announce that FluidSurveys’ surveys are WCAG 2.0 Level AAA Compliant!
What does this mean?
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) consist of a set of guidelines for making online content and websites accessible to anyone, including those with disabilities. The guidelines cover things like writing instructions in clear language, providing alternative text for images and making sure anyone can navigate the application with just a mouse and screen reader. There are three levels of accessibility: A, AA and AAA. Level AAA is the highest level of accessibility.
Why does this matter?
Making sure that FluidSurveys’ surveys are accessible to all respondents is very important. There should be no limitations on who can respond to surveys, and the experience for all respondents should be easy and intuitive. We’re proud to be the leaders in the industry when it comes to compliance.
FluidSurveys and Compliance
FluidSurveys is now Section 508, W3C and WCAG 2.0 Level AAA compliant!
*To make your surveys completely WCAG 2.0 compliant, please go into the Survey Settings section and check the “Use Fieldset and Legend elements in the HTML Markup for the survey” option.
