Net Promoter Score
In Analytics, your Net Promoter Score responses are automatically calculated by taking the % of people who gave you a score of 9 or 10 (promoters) and subtracting the % of people who gave you a score of 0-6 (detractors). FluidSurveys automatically performs this calculation to save you the time and effort of performing manual calculations.
The Net Promoter Score is available on the Pro plan and higher.
