Customer Satisfaction Web Survey 2016


The B.C. Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure is conducting a survey regarding the services that it provides. Your participation is voluntary and your input would be much appreciated. Your responses will be kept confidential.

The survey is divided into two parts: the first six questions ask about our customer service; that is, any interaction you may have had with the Ministry of Transportation and Infrastructure in the last 12 months (whether it was person-to-person or electronic). The second group of questions asks for your feedback on the quality of service we provide to keep our provincial highway system safe and reliable.

The survey will take approximately 10 minutes.

The Government of BC will not collect, use or disclose personal information using FluidSurveys. Please be aware however that IP addresses are collected by FluidSurveys itself, and these IP addresses and other information may be accessed from outside of Canada. This survey is voluntary and a response is encouraged, not required. Please do not provide any information that could identify yourself or others in your responses to this survey.
