Draw Your Moss Park

Create a painting, drawing, or digital image of your dream park, skating arena, or community centre and help shape the proposed design of new community spaces in Moss Park!

Submit your entry and 100-word description with this form to win prizes including professional sports tickets, prize packs, books, bikes, and more!

You can also drop off your submission at The Children's Book Bank (350 Berkeley St.), The 519 (519 Church St.) or John Innes Community Centre (150 Sherbourne St.). You can enter more than once and you’re encouraged to include a short description (100 words) of what you’d like to see in your dream community space.

Entries will be accepted until August 22nd, 2016.

To Enter:
• You must be under the age of 18 and live in the City of Toronto.
• Fill in the contest entry form above and include it with your submission. • Submissions can be dropped off at The 519 (519 Church St.), John Innes Community Centre (150 Sherbourne St.), Children’s Book Bank (350 Berkeley St) or take a picture and submit it online at: www.moremosspark.ca/contest
• Entering the contest signifies your acceptance of Contest Rules.

The Contest:
• Create your dream park/community centre/arena on a piece of paper or through a digitally created original design.
• Entries will be judged on theme, originality, and design.
• All entries become the property of The 519 and may be displayed throughout the city, online, and on social media. Winning entries may be stored for future use by The 519.
• Winners will be chosen in three age categories: 13-18 years, 8-12 years, and 7 years and under.
• Prizes will be awarded at The 519.
• Winners will be chosen by members of the More Moss Park team.
Judges’ decisions are final, and The 519 is under no obligation to enter into communication with entrants who do not win prizes.
• The number of winners is dependent on the number of submissions received.

The personal information on this form together with the corresponding media such as photographs, videotapes, audiotapes, films and/or interviews following the guidelines of the City of Toronto Act, 2006 and the Municipal Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
